Photography Sessions:

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. This fee is transferable up to two times if you need to reschedule, but after two date changes, a new booking fee will be required. Additional travel costs may apply outside of Whangarei.

 

Reiki Appointments:

Book and pay online, your session is non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations (under 12 hours) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Monat Products:

All Monat purchases and policies are covered under Monat’s official Terms & Conditions, which can be found directly on the Monat website.
